GreenTree Medical Writing supports the ethics principles outlined by the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA), the Council of Science Editors, and Good Publication Practice guidelines putlined by The Committee on Publication Ethics.
GreenTree Medical Writing also works to ensure that the information provided to me by clients meets the accepted guidelines under HIPAA to protect personal health informtaion.
What does this mean for you as a client?
It means that:
- Clients will be requested to acknowledge the contribution of a professional medical writer (that's me!) in all publications prepared or revised by GreenTree Medical Writing.
- GreenTree Medical Writing will not engage in ghostwriting (preparing a document penned under another authors' name without that author having made substantial contributions to the document).
- All data submitted to GreenTree Medical Writing needs to be free of personally identifiable health information.
